FirstWatch Partners, LLC (“FirstWatch,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or sign up for updates, how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, location, and your message. If you check a box to join the mailing list or to be notified about events, we record that choice.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may collect technical signals from your browser. When you submit the form, our systems also record your IP address and browser user-agent string for security and audit purposes.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your message and — only if you opt in — to send you our mailing list or event invitations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored using Cloudflare services (including Cloudflare D1 and related infrastructure). Mailing-list management and transactional email are handled by Resend. These providers process data on our behalf.
Mailing list & unsubscribe
If you join our mailing list, we use double opt-in: you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us through the form.
Events list
If you ask to be notified about events, we keep your contact details to send you invitations. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token solely to validate the form challenge.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as we need them to respond and maintain our records, and we keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe.
